Nonstop Holiday Giveaway Bowling Event – Year 3

The Okogie Family Foundation continued its tradition of holiday giving in 2025 with a special bowling-themed celebration designed to bring joy, connection, and lasting memories to local youth. Building on the success of previous years, the foundation once again focused on creating a fun, welcoming environment where children could feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

Held at a local bowling center, the 2025 Holiday Bowling Event treated children to an afternoon filled with friendly competition, laughter, and community spirit. Participants enjoyed multiple games of bowling, festive music, and interactive activities, all thoughtfully planned to encourage teamwork, confidence, and fun. Between frames, kids bonded with mentors, volunteers, and foundation members, creating meaningful moments both on and off the lanes.

In addition to the bowling experience, children received holiday gifts such as toys, books, and sports-themed items, ensuring that every participant went home with both a present and a positive memory. Volunteers and supporters helped personalize the experience, cheering on the kids and making sure everyone felt included and uplifted.

The event reflected the Okogie Family Foundation’s ongoing commitment to supporting underprivileged youth and providing access to enriching experiences that nurture their well-being and development. By combining recreation with mentorship and generosity, the foundation continues to demonstrate how community-focused initiatives can inspire hope and build stronger futures for young people.

“Seeing the kids light up today means everything to us,” said board member Josh Okogie. “The holidays are about giving, and we want every child here to feel encouraged, valued, and reminded that their community cares about them.”

Through the 2025 Holiday Bowling Event, the Okogie Family Foundation reaffirmed its mission to create positive change, empower local youth, and inspire others to give back. As the foundation looks ahead, it remains dedicated to expanding its impact and continuing traditions that bring joy to children and families during the holiday season and beyond.

“The best way to understand the needs of your community is to gather and organize information. Collecting reliable data will allow you to use the results to determine goals, devise methods, and create a plan for a community development program.”
